In the manufacturing process of lithium-ion batteries and all-solid-state batteries, moisture is a major enemy. Measuring the temperature, humidity, and dew point of dry rooms, as well as the dew point of manufacturing equipment such as glove boxes, aims to control the moisture content. Various dew point meters are used, including the TE-660 polymer-type dew point meter, which performs particularly well in solvent atmospheres, the TK-100 capacitive dew point meter, and the MBW973 mirror-cooling (mirror-type) dew point meter. In fuel cells, to meet the conditions of high temperature, high dew point, and pressure, the EE33 temperature and humidity dew point meter and the MBW573 mirror-cooling (mirror-type) dew point meter are used, contributing to performance evaluation.
